Sevillanas are a folkloric Andalusian style of Flamenco dance, enjoyed at ferias and festivals all over Andalusia and have been popularised throughout Spain. It is what you would be dancing if you go a feria in Andalusia, and a perfect entry door to the world of flamenco!

There are 4 coplas or parts in Sevillanas. This course will teach you all of them, so that you can go straight to dance them when you go to a Spanish party here, in Spain, or anywhere in the the world!

Please note that you do not need a partner to join this class.

This in an 8-week course, with 8 weekly sessions of 1.5 hours. 

In our last class, we will dedicate the last 45 minutes to dance our sevillanas with beautiful clothing, recreating a mini feria at Battersea Spanish!

For those who may have missed a class or are looking to brush up on their techniques at home, video tutorials specific to your class will be available on a weekly basis.
